Traveling with family 🚐 03

As I said, the journey felt different from our usual journeys. We could see beautiful Paddy fields both sides of the road.

We came to the Rangiri Dambulla Temple. We were hungry now so we had the opportunity to have lunch here. After eating, we entered the temple.

We saw a beautiful large Buddha statue  the first time in front of the temple. We also able to visit a museum at this place. We started our journey to the Dambulla Purna Maha Viharaya.

The Dambulla Temple is a significant historical site in Sri Lanka's history. A link containing information about it is provided below.                         Dambulla Temple

There were many foreign and local tourists at this place. Since it was Poya Day, a large number of people had come.

We saw beautiful Buddha statues and paintings in these caves. The choice of materials in these paintings made them look beautiful because they were so attractive.

In addition to these pictures, I saw water falling from the rock into the tank. Information about this is available at the link below.                       Dmbulla Temple Data

We decided to leave returning home later. As i think, it was around 5.45pm. Finally, we said goodbye to the "city of never sleeps" and started our journey again.

After a long journey, we arrived home around 9:45pm. The journey provided us with many unforgettable experiences.
